Above Everything Else, An Absurdly Photorealistic CGI Animation

Title: 'Above Everything Else' Agency: N/A - direct client Client: Grupo Cosentino Product: Worktop Brand: Silestone Production company: The Mushroom Company Director/DoP/Art direction/Post/Editor: Alex Roman Original idea/Concept: Alex Roman Additional CGI: Juan Ángel García Martinez Music: ZipZap Music Spot TV 60" www.thirdseventh.com

“Above Everything Else”, an ad for Silestone countertops by Alex Roman, is pretty impressive. The lush HD imagery of objects cascading on to the client’s product is kitchen & bath fetishism at its finest. But what makes this little advert so extraordinary is the fact that each frame is computer generated. To call it photorealistic doesn’t really do it justice.

Previously we posted about Roman's work "The Third and Seventh."
